Returns & Exchanges

At Mack Weldon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items. Our Try-On Guarantee also ensures your first pair of underwear or undershirt is on us if you don't love the fit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system; a small return shipping fee may apply unless you are opting for an exchange.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and ensure all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
